Ordering & Customization

How do I place an order?
Choose your product, upload your photos (if applicable), and we’ll take care of the rest. Each item is made to order with attention to detail.

What’s the difference between standard and event/business orders?
Standard photo products can include different uploaded images in the same order. Event & business products use one repeated design across the selected product quantity.

Can I choose different sizes or shapes?

We currently offer multiple shapes and sizes across select products, including square, round, and rectangle formats for magnets. Additional formats and styles are added over time.

Can I change my order after placing it?
We begin production shortly after your order is placed, so changes are limited. Contact us as soon as possible at orders@pixeljoystudio.co and we’ll do our best to help!

Do you offer design services?
No. Customers are responsible for providing their own photos, artwork, logos, and print-ready designs.

Can buttons be personalized with custom text?
No. Custom text personalization is currently available only for select magnet products.

Can I reorder a previous design?
In many cases, yes. Contact us with your original order number and we'll let you know if your design is available for reorder.

Image Quality & Printing

Will my photo be cropped to fit the selected magnet shape?
Possibly. Different magnet shapes may require slight cropping adjustments to fit properly. We review every image before printing and make minor adjustments when needed to help it look its best.

What image quality works best?
For best results, upload clear, well-lit images with a resolution of at least 1000 × 1000 pixels. Higher-quality images generally produce better print results.

What happens if my image is blurry or low quality?
We review every image before printing. If we notice a significant quality issue that may affect the final product, we'll contact you before proceeding with your order.

Product Care

What materials are used?
Our products are made using high-quality materials and printed for clarity, color, and durability. Each item is designed to look great and hold up to everyday use

How do I care for my magnets?
Keep your magnets dry and avoid extreme heat. To clean, gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth and avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the finish.

Are your magnets waterproof?
For best results, store and display magnets in a dry indoor environment. Prolonged exposure to moisture or high humidity may cause the printed paper beneath the protective covering to ripple or become damaged over time.

How do I get the best results from my photos?
Use clear, well-lit images with important details centered and away from the edges. We review every image before printing to ensure the best possible result.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my magnets?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Orders with larger quantities may require additional production time. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Yes. Orders over $75 ship free within the U.S. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $5.99.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Returns & Exchanges

What if my order arrives damaged or there’s a problem?
Contact us within 7 days at orders@pixeljoystudio.co and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Can I return custom items?
Because each custom item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for personal preference.

Events & Updates

Do you sell in person?
Yes! We occasionally attend local markets and events where we create products on-site.

Can I book PixelJoy Studio for an event?
We're currently developing our event offerings. If you're interested in having PixelJoy Studio at your event, contact us and we'll be happy to discuss upcoming availability.
