Ordering & Customization

How do I order custom magnets?
Select your design, upload your photos, and we’ll craft your magnets with care.

Can I choose different sizes or shapes?
Right now, we offer the classic hard-back style in three standard shapes:

  • Rectangle: 2.5 × 3.5 inches
  • Square: 2 × 2 inches
  • Round: 2.25 inches

More styles and customization options are coming soon, so stay tuned for updates!

Can I change my order after placing it?
We start crafting magnets soon after your order is received, so changes are limited. Contact us at orders@pixeljoystudio.co as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to help!

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my magnets?
Please allow up to 3 business days for production, plus 3–7 business days for shipping within the USA.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard orders: flat-rate $5.99 within the USA.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the USA.

Will I get tracking info?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Product Care & Quality

What materials are the magnets made of?
Our magnets are made from high-quality materials right here in the USA. They’re durable, long-lasting, and feature a smooth, vibrant finish that keeps your photos and designs looking their best, making them perfect for any magnetic surface.

How do I care for my magnets?
Keep your magnets dry and avoid extreme heat. To clean, gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth and avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the finish.

Returns & Exchanges

What if my order is damaged or missing?
If your custom magnets arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Can I return magnets I don’t like?
Because each magnet is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for personal preference.

Events & Updates

Do you have a physical store?
We’re currently online-only, but we plan to attend local markets and pop-ups in the near future.


Can we book PixelJoy Studio for events to make magnets on-site?
