Can I order just a single magnet?
Yes! You can order a single magnet as a sample. Check out our Classic sample magnet here to place your order.

Can I change my order after placing it?
We start crafting magnets soon after your order is received, so changes are limited. Contact us at orders@pixeljoystudio.co as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to help!

How long will it take to get my magnets?
Please allow up to 3 business days for production, plus 3–7 business days for shipping within the USA.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard orders: flat-rate $5.99 within the USA.

What about bulk orders?
Tiered handling fees apply based on quantity. This covers USPS shipping and appropriate packaging for larger orders. Delivery times may vary depending on order size.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the USA.

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

How do I care for my magnets?
Keep your magnets dry and avoid extreme heat. They look best on any magnetic surface. To clean, gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth and avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the finish.

What if my order is damaged or missing?
If your custom magnets arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Can I return magnets I don’t like?
Because each magnet is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for personal preference.

Do you have a physical store?
We’re currently online-only, but we plan to attend local markets and pop-ups in the future.
