Refund policy
Customized Products
All custom and personalized products (items made to your specifications, including uploaded photos, text, or designs) are considered final sale and are not eligible for standard returns.
However, if you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it at orders@pixeljoystudio.co, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
All Other Items
We have a 14-day return policy for all other items. To be eligible:
- Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at orders@pixeljoystudio.co. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To ensure you get what you want, you may return eligible items under “All Other Items” and place a separate order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
