Order Processing
Every PixelJoy item is made to order. Production begins once your order and payment are received. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Orders containing 250 items or more may require 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Larger Orders
Orders with higher quantities may require additional processing time or shipping arrangements. If needed, we’ll contact you directly with details before your order ships.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem, contact us within 7 days at orders@pixeljoystudio.co and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
